Sarah is committed to providing OnPoint’s clients with a
competitive edge. She is dedicated to producing nothing less than
exceptional work and offering outstanding service.
As a former law clerk to the British Columbia Supreme Court
and associate with a full-service firm, Sarah learned the importance of
supplying the court with accurate and well-written legal argument.
Recognizing that not all lawyers have as much time to devote to
research as they would like, nor the assistance of associates that they
often require, she established OnPoint Legal Research Law Corporation
in 2000.
As more and more lawyers requested OnPoint’s services, Sarah
welcomed only the best and brightest experienced litigators to the
research team. While OnPoint now offers two newer divisions- contract
associates and website services- OnPoint's original research
division still continues to grow, offering a variety of research
and writing services to lawyers across Canada. We have research lawyers
located in both our British Columbia and Alberta divisions.
In addition to overseeing OnPoint’s operations, Sarah
continues to provide research services to her clients. She focuses on
appellate work and has recently completed facta for several high-income
family law cases. |
