It is through this arrangement that we are able to ensure quality and consistency. An established relationship with OnPoint allows for more consistent part-time, temporary or supplementary help and provides our clients with the opportunity to enjoy an existing working relationship with their "on-call" associates.
We also offer recruitment services for longer-term and full-time permanent placements. If one of OnPoint's existing lawyers is not appropriate for the position, we employ non-headhunting-based recruitment and our extensive networking system to locate exceptional candidates to assist our clients with their temporary and permanent needs.
